Chips and coated wafers
We supply coated wafers and coated chips for biotech industry.
These products are mainly used as substrates for nanoparticles, thiol chemistry, cell culturing, protein DNA microarrays and reflectometry.
The wafers can be diced according to customer needs.
Since thin monolayers are extremely sensitive to contaminations we pay great attention to cleanliness in the process. The substrate (silicon or glass) is prepared by standard RCA clean and the material is applied in a way that prevents contact with any contaminants.
After fabrication the products are sealed under vacuum or in a N2 environment.
