E.C. Godhand

E.C. Godhand is a LitRPG author by profession and nurse by trade. She writes about badass women, runs a community garden, and fosters orphaned kittens. She’s always mained healer, whether in video games or real life, and loves game design, wordplay, and psychology.

All proceeds from book sales will go directly to supporting her habit of living so she can keep writing for you. She’s been rumored to eat up to three times a day even. At the very least, the kittens need to be fed.

Don't buy the books for her though. Do it for fun LitRPG stories about drunken priests, weird dream worlds, fast action with faster women, bad puns, and characters' assured descent into madness.

Most importantly, do it for the kittens.

Stuart Grosse

Stuart Grosse has been writing since 2015, when he started his first book, Frozen Soul, as a webnovel on Royal Road. A veteran Tabletop RPG player and long-time WoW player, the Gamelit/LitRPG genre caught his attention when it was still in its infancy as .hack//Sign and Sword Art Online brought the concept of a story being in a game world with game mechanics to the mainstream, causing him to write his first Gamelit story, Rules-Free VRMMO Life. This story, published first as a webnovel, and then on Amazon, started what would be Stuart's twin calling cards in the genre: the use of Villains as Protagonists, and the use of episodic serial novellas, rather than full-length novels. Since he first started publishing on Amazon in 2017, his work has exploded to include over 170 titles in the Amazon marketplace, and he has garnered a great deal of success as an independent, self-published author. Forgoing the more kid-friendly feel of the majority of the genre, Stuart's villainous protagonists often require warning labels on his books: "If you have triggers, this is your warning, because I'm probably getting to you." However, his serial novella format and price structure have led him to great success, despite (or sometimes because of) the NSFW content, allowing him to write full-time.

K.T. Hanna

KT Hanna has such a love for words, a single one can spark entire worlds.

Born in Australia, she met her husband in a computer game, moved to the U.S.A. and went into culture shock. Bonus? Not as many creatures specifically designed to kill you.

KT creates science-fiction, fantasy, and LitRPG like it’s going out of style, with a dash of horror for fun! Her series include Somnia Online, Last Chance, The Domino Project, and System Apocalypse Australia - co-written with Tao Wong. Her hobbies include gaming and reading like there's no tomorrow.

No, she doesn’t sleep. She is entirely powered by caffeine, Chipotle, and sarcasm.

Damien Hanson aka Dames Handsome

Coauthor of BuyMort: The Shopacolypse series and a writer of children’s LitRPG, Damien Hanson aka Dames Handsome also manages to teach at the local university as well as his own private academy. His favorite classes to teach are creative writing, and after piloting a publishing project with his son he has taken in local children interested in writing their own novels in a more recent project to get their stories published to Amazon.

Michael Head

Michael Head is the author of the Threads of Fate series. He was severely injured while serving in the military, and used his time recovering to rediscover his love for books. After medically retiring, Michael went back to college to finish his degree and become a professor. When the coronavirus shut down his school, his wife encouraged him to finally take the leap and try writing his own books. He found his experience in combat allowed him to write detailed and realistic fight scenes. Those battles, combined with his attention to detail and ability to plan vast, elaborate, and comprehensive worlds, make for fast-paced and thrilling books. With, of course, the occasional touches of humor and sarcasm thrown in the mix.

He currently lives in Texas where his wife, who is still currently serving in the military, is stationed. His days are filled with hiding from their three daughters, two dogs, and three cats. He is also losing an ongoing war with the neighborhood squirrels, but he will continue to fight until the bitter end.

Dean Henegar

Working from his home in the mountains of East Tennessee, Dean is the author of the Amazon bestselling Limitless Lands, Derelict, and Cat Core series. After a training accident in the Army Reserves left him unable to continue his civilian job, Dean reignited his passion for writing. As a lifelong fan of Fantasy, Science Fiction, and gaming, it isn’t too surprising that Dean chose the GameLit (LitRPG) genre to start his journey as an author.

Whether it’s a grizzled soldier at the end of his life, a living starship, or an elderly cat lady defending her dungeon with a slew of kittens, Dean’s characters, and the worlds they live in, are waiting for you to explore and enjoy.

Theo Hodges

Theo Hodges has been broke and stranded in far-out places, from South Korea to New Zealand and more. Now that he's safe in the heartland (see: old), he's eager to create adventures from his keyboard. His passion for Fantasy began with Dragonlance and old-school Final Fantasy. In writing his Badges of Dorkdom series, he strived to create a wise townbuilding wizard from the rags of a soon-to-be college dropout to the potential riches of a hero for the ages. To stay up to date on new releases, you can join his newsletter group: https://sendfox.com/lp/1vy0gz. It's all the rage a back-crippled wonder wizard could throw from his bag full of tricks and flying scorpions.

K.E.L. Hotansika “Guillotine-Chan”

Kel aka Guillotine-Chan started out as a litrpg writer right as the pandemic began. She has dabbled with various projects ever since completing that first initial work called Interstellar Warlock. Since then she has started working in earnest on two other novels, The Sovereign Swarm and Galatea. As far as focus goes she has attempted to use her background as a nonbinary person and as someone who has struggled with mental health issues to flavor their works. As a goal for her authorship it is not just to make (hopefully) decent books, but to also help diversify the genre.

Aaron “A.R.” Holloway

A. R. Holloway (AKA: Aaron) has loved writing since he was a little kid reading his first fantasy books by the likes of C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, Brandon Sanderson, and Terry Goodkind (who wrote the first novel he ever read, the Sword of Truth). These gifted him a love of fantasy, science fiction, and storytelling. Grand vistas, dark lords, wondrous adventures, personal growth, and interesting cultures are just some of the things he loves reading about in his own time from the masters of the genres.

Currently living in the shadows of mountainous rural Utah, where deep snow and brutal summers regularly coincide, Aaron lives with family scribbling his words and hoping people will buy, read, and more importantly enjoy them.

James Hunter

James Hunter is a full-time ink slinger, a member of SFWA, and the bestselling author of Vigil Bound, Rogue Dungeon, Shadowcroft Academy, Bibliomancer (The Completionist Chronicles Expanded Universe), and the litRPG epic Viridian Gate Online! In addition to writing, James also runs a non-traditional publishing company, Shadow Alley Press, with his wife, Jeanette (who is an amazing business partner and an even better wife).

James is a former Marine Corps Sergeant, combat veteran, and pirate hunter (seriously). He’s also a member of The Royal Order of the Shellback—’cause that’s totally a real thing. And a spaceship captain, can’t forget that. Okay … the last one probably isn’t true. When not writing or spending time with family, James occasionally finds time to eat and sleep.

J.D. Jorissen

J. D. Jorissen writes science fiction and fantasy stories. He is the author of the Omega Online series, as well as To-Do List: A Zombie Comedy. He also has a series called Dungeon Mercenary, which is currently available on RoyalRoad. He possesses a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Emergency Management, which might explain why he spends so much of his time daydreaming about how he would fare in various end of the world scenarios. He currently resides in Colorado with his wife, daughter, cat, and dog.
