Stuart Grosse

Stuart Grosse has been writing since 2015, when he started his first book, Frozen Soul, as a webnovel on Royal Road. A veteran Tabletop RPG player and long-time WoW player, the Gamelit/LitRPG genre caught his attention when it was still in its infancy as .hack//Sign and Sword Art Online brought the concept of a story being in a game world with game mechanics to the mainstream, causing him to write his first Gamelit story, Rules-Free VRMMO Life. This story, published first as a webnovel, and then on Amazon, started what would be Stuart's twin calling cards in the genre: the use of Villains as Protagonists, and the use of episodic serial novellas, rather than full-length novels. Since he first started publishing on Amazon in 2017, his work has exploded to include over 170 titles in the Amazon marketplace, and he has garnered a great deal of success as an independent, self-published author. Forgoing the more kid-friendly feel of the majority of the genre, Stuart's villainous protagonists often require warning labels on his books: "If you have triggers, this is your warning, because I'm probably getting to you." However, his serial novella format and price structure have led him to great success, despite (or sometimes because of) the NSFW content, allowing him to write full-time.

Sean Hall

Sean lives in Texas with his wife and 4 kids. He originally started in the LitRPG genre like most others as a reader. With an eye for detail he swiftly became a beta reader for multiple authors and publishers. But he always had a dream to write and got his chance with his first short in Legendary Litrpg and publishing his first book Goblin Apocalypse.

Jeff Hays

Jeff Hays is a voice actor with tremendous range, a producer and narrator of more than 200 audiobooks — including the beloved Dungeon Crawler Carl series by Matt Dinniman — a musician and composer, and Founding CEO of Soundbooth Theater. Jeff has always loved the arts. He grew up immersed in media – from novels, film, and music to tabletop RPGs and videogames. His natural creativity coupled with unrelenting ambition led him to launch Soundbooth Theater right at the crossroad of all these mediums.

Initially inspired by his passion for music, Jeff was in his mid-twenties when he found his true calling: using his voice to tell stories. He strives to make his characters memorable and believable; and his excellent comedic timing along with his ability to speak directly to the listener – rather than merely reading aloud – immediately set him apart as a creative force in the industry. With more time and higher-profile projects, Jeff was able to begin to experiment with and incorporate his other talents, blending illustrative sound effects and evocative music into his productions.

It was discovering the opportunity to design a deeper experience with sound that led him to start this company, and to hold SBT’s audiobooks to the highest possible standards. Immersion is the primary design goal behind his audiobooks, and he encourages his whole team to adopt this philosophy.

Michael Head

Michael Head is the author of the Threads of Fate and Wandering Warrior series. He was severely injured while serving in the military, and used his time recovering to rediscover his love for books. After medically retiring from fifteen years of service, Michael went back to college to finish his degree in order to become a professor. His love of learning and ability to speak several languages made it an obvious transition, but life had other plans. When the coronavirus shut down his school, his wife encouraged him to finally take the leap and try writing his own books. He found his experiences in combat allowed him to write detailed and realistic fight scenes. Those battles, combined with his attention to detail and ability to plan vast, elaborate, and comprehensive worlds, make for fast-paced and thrilling books. With, of course, the occasional touches of humor and sarcasm thrown in the mix.

He currently lives in Kansas with his wife, who is also retired from the military, and their three daughters. Michael is also losing an ongoing war with the neighborhood squirrels that invade his attic, but he will continue to fight until the bitter end against the implacable enemy of mankind.
